Gooseberry Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can OregoN Gooseberries, undrained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Combine the gooseberries with sugar and let stand about ½ hour. Boil water and add gelatins; stir to dissolve thoroughly. Let cool. When cool, fold in mayonnaise and whipped topping. Add cheese, nuts and gooseberries. Refrigerate.
