Oregon Gooseberry Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 can Oregon Gooseberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Combine ingredients in saucepan.
Simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
During last 10 minutes: add 1/16th teaspoon of each of the ingredients to follow:
ground allspice
cinnamon
ground cloves
May be packed in sterile jars for storage or kept in the refrigerator.
