All sales are final. If product arrives damaged, please email fermentation@oregonfruit.com and include:

• Pictures of the Damaged Product and Label
• Pro Number
• Business Name
• Contact Name
• Phone Number

Any claim submitted more than five (5) business days after delivery will not be accepted.
