Fruit in Hand Originals contain small pieces of diced fruit that are suspended in a fruit puree. Fruit in Hand Velvets are 100% pureed for a smoother overall texture.

How do I use Fruit in Hand?
Fruit in Hand is known for its versatility on the menu. Once thawed, it can be poured directly from the bottle to make beverages, dressings, sauces, dips, glazes, salsas, etc. Use it in hot or cold applications to create fruit forward entrees or sauces.
What is the shelf life for Fruit in Hand?
Fruit in Hand can be kept frozen for 30 months from the production date. Please refer to “best buy” date printed on the bottle. Once thawed, it can be kept under refrigeration for up to 14 days.
