Blueberry Baked Brie Tartlets


  • Blueberry Pourable Fruit
  • 1 pound Brie, Trimmed and Cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 24 Pre-Baked, 2-inch tart shells
  • Fresh Mint, chiffonade


  1. Trim rind from brie and cut into small cubes.
  2. Place brie into tart shells and heat in microwave for 12-seconds or until cheese melts.
  3. Top with Blueberry Pourable Fruit and a small amount of mint.
