Blackberry Basil Ricotta Pizza

  • 1 can Oregon Fruit Products Blackberries
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Ricotta
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh Basil, chopped
  • Salt and ground Pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzle


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Roll out and knead pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and use fingers to coat well, especially the edges.
  4. Mash 2/3 blackberries in a bowl with a fork and spread onto dough
  5. Top with parmesan and mozzarella
  6. Place dollops of ricotta evenly around pizza
  7. Nestle whole blackberries, sprinkle chopped green onions and grind fresh pepper and salt on top
  8. Bake in over for about 8-10 minutes, or until crust start to brown. Remove from oven and top with basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
