Blackberry Muffins



  1. Drain blackberries, reserve syrup.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Beat eggs lightly; stir in milk, oil and sugar.
  4. Quickly stir egg mixture into dry ingredients; carefully stir in drained blackberries.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin cups; bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 17 minutes.
