Blueberry Simple Syrup



  1. Place blueberry juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar completely.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract (if using). Allow to cool and pour into a heat proof jar (such as a glass canning jar), cover tightly, and chill.
  3. Use syrup in Italian Sodas, lemonade, iced tea, or cocktails! Keeps for up to seven days in the refrigerator.
