Blueberry Topping



  1. In a sauce pan, combine reserved syrup from the can, cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon or nutmeg.
  2. Stir over medium heat with a wire whisk until smooth and thickened.
  3. Stir in Blueberries and lemon zest (if desired).
  4. Remove from heat and top waffles, yogurt, cake, whatever inspires you!
