Cherry Almond Ambrosia Salad



  1. Drain the cans of fruit and do a rough chop through the cherries leaving them halved or quartered.
  2. Place the fruit in a large bowl with the apples, coconut flakes, marshmallows, and almonds.
  3. In a standing mixer or with a hand mixer, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined. With the mixer still on, slowly drizzle in the heavy whipping cream. Continue to whip on high until soft peaks form.
  4. Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of fruit and toss together until well combined.
  5. Refrigerate covered for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkles.
