Healthy Plum And Oat Cake



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients except almonds.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oil, eggs and yogurt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour into baking pan and paint top with some of the reserved syrup.
  7. Place plums on top of batter, and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes (ovens vary) or until lightly browned.
  9. You may test doneness with a toothpick. Cool and enjoy.
