Quick Berry Crunch



Serves 6-8
  1. Mix berry syrup with tapioca, let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in 9" pan and mix into it the sugar, flour, oatmeal, baking powder, soda, and salt.
  3. Remove half of crumb mixture from pan and pat remaining crumbs firmly to form crust.
  4. Spread berries and tapioca mixture over crust.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F
