Rhubarb And Strawberry Sauce Fool



  1. Add the whipping cream and powdered sugar to the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat at medium high speed until the cream begins to fluff and forms soft peaks. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate the cream until ready to serve.
  2. For serving, spoon the cream into serving glasses, alternating with the fruit mixture. Top with rhubarb pieces. Serve immediately.
  3. Makes 6-8 servings.
