Rhubarb Strawberry Blondies

For the blondies:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add in butter and sugar into mixing bowl, and mix until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg. When the egg is fully incorporated, beat in lemon juice.
  4. Add in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you reach a doughy consistency.
  5. Gently fold in the rhubarb and spread mixture into 9inch square baking pan.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, just until the edges become golden. With a toothpick insert the center to check fore doneness, should be moist not wet. Let cool on a rack.
  7. Spread the glaze over the blondies. Let the glaze set before slicing, and enjoy!
