Rhubarb in Strawberry Sauce Topping


  1. Drain Rhubarb and reserve strawberry sauce. Set aside rhubarb.
  2. Mix 1 Tablespoon. strawberry sauce into cornstarch.
  3. In small sauce pan, add strawberry sauce and add reserve strawberry cornstarch mixture.
  4. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
  5. Cool slightly. Then gently stir in rhubarb.
  6. Serve sauce over pound cake, ice cream, pancakes, waffles or other desserts.
