Sweet Cherry Fruit Cup


  • 1 can Oregon Fruit Products Light Sweet Cherries
  • 1 Golden Delicious Apple, cored and cubed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 whole All-spice
  • 1 whole Clove
  • 1 large Cinnamon Stick
  • 3/4 cup Sparkling Cider or Club soda
  • Few drops red food color (optional)
  • Mint Sprigs


  1. Drain cherries; reserve 3/4 cup syrup.
  2. Toss apple cubes with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  3. Cut orange slices into half©rounds.
  4. Combine reserved cherry syrup and spices; simmer gently, covered, 20 minutes.
  5. Cool and strain spices.
  6. Pour cooled syrup over fruits; refrigerate several hours.
  7. Stir in cider or club soda and food color.
  8. Garnish with mint sprigs.
  9. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
