Tart Cherry Singapore Sling



  1. Add the tart cherries and gin to a shaker, then muddle thoroughly.
  2. Add the Grand Marnier, pineapple juice, lime juice and absinthe, then 1 cup of ice.
  3. Shake for 10-15 seconds, then double strain into a cocktail glass (recommended: flute).
  4. Top with club soda and garnish with lime.
