12 oz raspberry Pourable Fruit
1 package brownie mix
8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
- Make brownies according to package directions. Set aside to cool, then cut into squares.
- In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and lemon juice until soft. Add the whipping cream and beat with electric mixer until batter becomes thick. Add the sugar and continue beating until stiff. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or make it ahead of time and store in refrigerator overnight.
- To assemble, crumble brownie into a large wine glass. Layer filling and then add a layer of raspberry Pourable Fruit. Continue with a second layer of each. Top with additional Pourable Fruit.
