2 cans Oregon Red Tart Cherries, drained
1 1/2 Cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into 9x9 inch baking dish or 4 1-cup ramekins.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly and sprinkle over cherries.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes for baking dish, or 35 minutes for ramekins. Topping should be golden brown.
