1/4 cup Oregon Fruit Dark Sweet Cherries
1½ tablespoons coconut sugar
½ tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon vegan buttery spread
- Place the Dark Sweet Cherries in a small microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the coconut sugar, butter, oats, and flour.
- Place the mixture on top of the cherries, cover with wax paper.
- Microwave for about 60-70 seconds.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
