1 can Oregon Fruit Products Blackberries
6 slices crusty, toasted bread
1 small container Ricotta (9 ounces)
Butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper
- Whip ricotta with a fork or whisk.
- Toast the bread with butter or olive oil.
- Spread ricotta thickly on toast and top with blackberries.
- Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle thyme, pumpkin seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
