1 C diced cooked chicken
1 can Thompson Seedless Grapes, drained
1 small cantaloupe, diced
1/2 C sliced celery
2 T toasted slivered almond
1 can Oregon Fruit Products dark or light sweet pitted cherries, drained
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix dressing ingredients and chill several hours to develop flavor.
Toss dressing with chicken and fruit. Serve in melon shell cups. Makes 4 luncheon size servings.
