1 can Oregon Fruit Cherries, with liquid
½ cup yellow mustard
1/8 cup olive oil or alternatively, any neutral oil such as canola oil
Burgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts or grilling item of your choice
- Strain cherries and reserve liquid.
- Place 10 cherries, 1/2 cup liquid from the can, mustard and oil in a blender and blend on medium to high power for 20 – 30 seconds.
- Top burgers, hot dogs, grilled of sautéed chicken breast, steak, or use as the acidic element base for a fun salad dressing. Top with the rest of the cherries.
