1 can Oregon Fruit Blackberries, drain and reserve juice
6 large mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
8 ounces club soda
4 ounces rum
Ice cubes as desired
- Reserve 4-6 whole blackberries.
- Combine remaining 1/4 cup of blackberries, blackberry juice, mint leaves, lemon juice, and lime juice in a tall glass; muddle until mint leaves and blackberries are slightly crushed.
- Add rum to muddled blackberry mixture.
- Pour into glasses.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Top with soda, stir.
- Garnish with mint and whole blackberries.
